Government support, consumer enthusiasm & vehicle manufacturers—All helping the EV revolution charge forward.
All these EVs will need charging stations—Why not at your business, while consumers shop and explore?
The Forecast is Predicting an Electric Vehicle Super-Boom
The current presidential administration had dedicated 7.5 billion dollars to support the EV industry. Nearly every major company that operates a fleet (think Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and many more) has declared goals to move away from fossil fuels.
With EVs already taking hold of the future, your business could be a part of something big—while turning a handsome profit. Most revolutionary ideas in history experienced some hesitation, yet those who bravely embraced the evident future benefited.
Embracing automobiles when humans utilized horses for transportation for thousands of years demanded a brave alliance of individuals to forge the way. We are now past the tipping point. In just a few decades, gas-powered vehicles will likely be relics from the past.
Get your business on the map for the customers of today and tomorrow, attract and a gain loyal customer base—while YES manages the charging station labor and maintenance.
EV Drivers Face Big Problems in the EV Boom
The EV revolution does have its issues: The State of Oregon doesn’t currently have the infrastructure to support all the EVs that are set to hit the road.
Electric vehicles need charging stations, and not every EV can use a Tesla station. This is a big problem for commuting within the State of Oregon. Oregon EV owners don’t have access to conveniently located fast-charging stations (think 20-30 min for a full charge), preferred by the flourishing number of EV drivers.
According to GetJerry.com, there are less than 350 DC fast-charging stations in the State of Oregon. Not nearly enough to support the current 55,000+ electric vehicles currently registered in Oregon. Certainly not enough to serve the steady wave of EV drivers set to hit the road in the coming year.
With Yireh, your business can fill this gap and reap the rewards. Let us install and maintain the EV fast-charging stations for you—and watch your returns increase as customers take 20-30 minutes to charge up and visit your business.
Time to Make a Move.
With fast charging stations far and few between, those who move now are set to capture the majority of EV drivers who will demonstrate their customer loyalty for years to come.
Help welcome the wave of EV clients first, before your competitor does.
At Yireh (YES), our goal is to make installing and maintaining EV chargers as effortless as possible, while our business partners prosper. YES means more exposure to your business, more foot traffic, more affluent customers, more profits.
Simply put, hosting EV fast chargers means more customers and more profits.
EV chargers literally put your business on the map and are searchable on a variety of apps and websites. Fast-charging stations are preferred and clearly identified on the various apps. That means absolutely free promotion for your business. Customers plan their routes based on where they can quickly and conveniently charge their vehicles.
Your booming clientele would like to “do something” while waiting – which usually means exploring and shopping the nearby businesses.
Studies show that retail establishments that offer fast-charging stations can increase foot traffic by anywhere from 50-80%. The indirect revenue from this loyal customer base often exceeds the revenue from the charging stations themselves.¹

You don’t have hours to spend tinkering and maintaining electric vehicle chargers. Your to-do list is already at 50+ tasks on a Monday afternoon. Installing chargers on your own, with all you have to do? Probably impossible.
Taking on EV charging stations can also seem daunting and complicated: site planning and preparation, construction, regulations and standards, machine types, power/utility needs, networks, billing systems, maintenance, and the very high cost of the machines themselves.
YES has your solution and is here to help you, every step of the way.

What if I Just Need Maintenance on My Machines?
We can help! YES has an entire service arm (Yireh Tech Services) that maintains and services EVCS machines of all types. Our technicians are certified on most major EVCS brands, and we are continually learning about new brands as they arrive on the market.
What if I Just Want to Buy Some Chargers?
We’re happy to assist you! We can help you determine which type(s) of machines will help you achieve your goal for hosting an EV charging station. Some businesses want to offer L2 (slower than DC, faster than home chargers – think 4-6 hours) for instance at an apartment complex, hotel or place of employment.
These units are fairly inexpensive and require much less construction and power consumption. However, though they add value to the establishment, they do not increase retail store traffic significantly.
Other businesses want to take on the full investment and benefits of purchasing and installing DC fast chargers. As a certified reseller of various manufacturers, we can source the correct type, machine size, and other requirements you’ll need to accomplish your goals.
Yireh Energy Systems (YES) strategically invests in business who have the potential to become a “go to” location for EV drivers. DC fast charging stations can cost anywhere from $50k to $100k depending on the size and type. Most locations should plan on offering at least 2 charging stations to avoid customer wait time. YES Absorbs this Equipment Cost Entirely, as part of our up-front investment in your site.
When you partner with YES, you profit from station usage fees while we manage all operational components such as maintenance, warranty work, network connectivity, billing systems, software upgrades etc., you just sit back and let the residual income roll in via automatic deposit.
Studies done by Atlas Public Policy show the indirect income from hosting DC fast charging stations is often more significant than total user fees from the charging itself.¹
Using a common phone app, EV drivers often plan around where they can quickly and conveniently charge their vehicle. You’re guaranteed to attract new (generally affluent) customers and become a repeat destination.
Most sites are eligible for significant tax credits, both state and federal. YES will help you find benefits for your business—a win, win, win for your business.
It’s true, Installing DC fast chargers represents a significant capital expense. For a location with 3 machines costs can reach nearly $500k, depending on existing infrastructure. Here is how cost breaks down & how we can help.
Three DC fast chargers $150k – $300k depending on size and type
Construction (including electrical) = $100k-$300k depending on site
Power (PUD) = $20k-$35k depending on current supply (requires dedicated 3-phase transformer)
Machine installation and setup = $10k
Maintenance contract = $25k/yr
Plus, we keep our ear to the ground for federal and state funding to help further offset the initial investment for you.
Our goal is net $0 cost for the site owner. After a complete site evaluation, we can determine the actual investments and will provide you with all various partnering options to achieve your goals.
You already know the EV revolution is happening. You understand the benefits of hosting EV charging stations at your place of business. You can’t afford for your competitor to host EV charging stations before you do, leaving you behind-the-times and without the flow of customers.
You like the idea of more profits and having EV charging stations at your property—now what?
